Called as ---------------is an essential pillar of the Institution were this activities are organized throughout the year. The all provides complete support to the student as well as the our Institution at every step of placement process. Arrangements for pre placement talks, written test, interviews and group discussion are made as per the need.

Objectives

• To budge the gap in between study curriculum and needs of employment market.
• To organize campus interviews and expert session for student.
• Provide necessary training to student within the vicinity of personality development and communication skills.
• To promote career counseling by organizing guidance lectures by senior Nursing faculty.
• Maintaining regular interaction with the Institution through seminars, guest lectures, conferences & many more.
• Collaborate with hospitals/clinics for job placements and allow for workshop, academic alliance and visits.

HOW STUDENTS ARE TRAINED ?

Institute has followed guideline initiated by INC and UP State Medical Faculty Lucknow.

• 1. TRAINING MODULE CRITERIA

  We follow latest training OSCE/OSPE module either in laboratory or hospitals as per the convenience and feasibility.

• 2. IN HOSPITALS-

  Students are also trained by posted them in respective hospitals as per the subjects curriculum to make gain knowledge, skills and competence.

• 3. COMMUNITY/PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE

  Students have posted in CHC & PHC both in rural and urban areas so that they can accomplished home visit, assisting in conducting normal delivery, immunization assistance provision of health talk in villages and Anganwadi center along with health assessment procedure according to various age group in the community.
